About the full-size Fill-In books?

I have seen for a long time now a "large print" Fill-In publication issued by Pennypress but I don't see it offered for sale here on this website. This book of large print puzzles is full size. I usually see it at the grocery store.

Well, Dell did publish a smaller crossword and variety puzzle book for a very long time called "Dell Crosswords Plus Variety" but it was discontinued last year, or the year before. I enjoyed being able to carry this smaller sized variety book in my purse, but evidently it just wasn't popular enough for Dell/Pennypress to continue it.
<em>edited by Bernadette1959 on 10/4/2011</em>

I've been waiting for the smaller version variety puzzle magazine. All you see is fill in and word search. Why is that? Are they that much more popular than any of the other variety puzzle?

I also would LOVE to see a full size book/magazine for the Fill In puzzles. I was going to ask the company re: when or IF that would ever be avaiable to puchase. I LOVE the fill in's.

I prefer the full-size magazines. The larger mags are easier to write on and I like the idea of really being able to see the diagram for the words to be filled in. I was working on a Fill-In last night in one of Penny Press' variety puzzles magazines. Kinda cool and really comfy. It would be great if you could produce a regular magazine of these or perhaps in one of the Collectors' series.

Penny Press does not currently offer a “full-size” fill-in magazine. However, we’d like to know more about your request. What is it about the full-size format that makes you prefer it over digest-sized when it comes to fill-in magazines?

The Editors
