Speaking of satellites, is anyone else a fan of the "Satellites" puzzle? LOL
I solved one of these puzzles for the first time this morning so I'm not sure if this is a new feature or just one that I've never paid much attention to before. It's similar to Syllacrostics in that you are given the syllables and have to form the words, but each word is built upon the same first syllable. There's a central "bubble" where this first syllable is placed, and then bubbles for the syllables forming the other words branch out from it.
Fun puzzle! I'll be going through my back issues looking for more!

Hi, i have been doing Dell and Penny Press puzzles for years, i love the variety books, i try to do all the puzzles in them, but could you do just a few volumns with just the '' Picture This " puzzles please, they are my favorite. Thanks, and will be waiting on them.

In our family, we have our Passover Seder on the first convenient weekend AFTER tax season. So that was yesterday the 27th. That's where I was. Long day but very nice.

I ordered a value pack a month ago and still don't have it. I also ordered the new Word Games Puzzles two weeks ago and haven't received that either. How come everyone gets their orders so fast except for me. A month? CC

It once took me about 6 extra weeks to get one particular month of my Logic subscription, so I panicked and asked Dell to send another copy. They did, and after I got it, perhaps a week later the one I'd been missing finally arrived. So that took me "forever" but it turned out OK.

Purple: I know what you mean about "officially" meeting someone when they use their true picture as their avatar. There have been people like that whom I've "met" on CPA list-serves.

How yucky! I would think Ct to Az wouldn't take more than a week or 2 tops! I usually get my special orders by the 7-8th day. The wait is excruciating as it is! Hope they come soon!

CC, I ordered my copy of the new Word Games Puzzles book on April 17 and it came in the mail today. Yours will probably show up very soon!

I just got mine yesterday but still have not received my box of back issues. It's been 5 weeks now. I think I better give them a call. I've never waited this long for anything from them before, maybe it got lost in the mail or something.

That does sound like a long time for delivery! The times I've ordered boxes of back issues, I've always received them in three weeks or less. Most of the time it's been under two weeks.
Hopefully they're not coming by Pony Express. LOL

ln the new issue of Variety Puzzles and Games,page 63, What's Left, can anyone tell me how or why the word runway is crossed off? HELP! CC I know this is a new book but someone's got to have it. It's driving me crazy! CC
