The end of the last clue (number 7) appears to be missing. Is it possible to solve the puzzle with the information that is given?

Thank you for your posting about "Speedy Conclusion" on page 70 of the Winter 2009 issue of Original Logic Problems British Edtion. Due to a printing error, the last line of this clue was omitted. Clue 7 should read: "The Lexus driver fell victim to camera 3, while the one which caught out Barrington was numbered two higher or two lower." We sincerely apologize for this error.
