The health and safety of our customers and employees remains our highest priority, and we’re taking a proactive approach at PennyDellPuzzles to minimize the effects of COVID-19 in our community by following both state requirements and CDC recommended precautions. Office employees continue to work remotely, and warehouse employees are utilizing best safety practices as they fulfill orders.
You can still place your order on our website and by phone. Our customer service agents are available to help with questions, although you may encounter longer-than-normal wait times as we work to answer your call. Please note our current call center hours, below.
Currently there are delays in the processing and shipping of all mail, phone, and web orders. In addition, postal distribution centers around the country periodically close for cleaning and disinfecting of equipment, which is also impacting deliveries. This means delivery of your order may be delayed by two weeks or longer beyond normal delivery times. We appreciate your patience during this time.
