What is the delivery schedule?
Puzzles are delivered 72 times a year, every Tuesday and on select Thursdays. See a calendar of delivery dates.

You receive 72 puzzles in your subscription, one every Tuesday and on select Thursdays. See a calendar of delivery dates.

How can I solve these?
Solve interactively on your Mac, PC, or iPad using FREE, publicly available software:

ACROSS LITE or CROSSWORD SOLVER. Or use ADOBE® ACROBAT READER to print and solve with pen or pencil at home.

I tried to download the ACROSS LITE application, but nothing appeared on my screen after I clicked the download button. What do I do now?
ACROSS LITE provides download guidelines here for both Windows and Mac.

I didn’t get my puzzle. What do I do?
Check your SPAM or JUNK folder. Your puzzles are emailed to you from [email protected]confirm that you have added this delivery address to your approved contacts list.

If you still cannot locate your puzzle, contact customer service via email (use Crosswords Club Digital in the subject line) or by phone at 1-800-220-7443 (8am – 7pm Monday-Friday ET).

Crosswords Club Digital isn’t for me. How do I cancel?

How do I convert my Crosswords Club membership to Crosswords Club Digital?

How does Crosswords Club Digital auto-renewal work?
You’ll be contacted before your membership expires, advising you that your membership is due to be automatically renewed via the payment method used when your order was placed. You can cancel at any time. 

Who is responsible for ACROSS LITE, CROSSWORD SOLVER, and ADOBE® ACROBAT READER?
These are FREE, publicly available software programs that make it possible to promptly receive and solve Crosswords Club puzzles on your computer or iPad, or print out in the convenience of your home to solve. For any questions on the use of this software, you should contact the software support for your chosen application(s).

I just acquired a new device and cannot solve new puzzles or access my old ones. What do I do?
Simply download your solving software to your new device. You will need to copy any previously downloaded crossword puzzles to your new device.

Can I solve on two different devices?
Absolutely! You will need to download your solving software to both devices, as well as any puzzles you wish to solve. Although it is not possible to sync between devices, you can copy any saved puzzle to your new device to continue solving from the point when you saved the puzzle. 

Can I sync multiple solving devices?
No, but you can copy any saved puzzle to your new device to continue solving from the point when you saved the puzzle.

Why do you feature both ACROSS LITE and CROSSWORD SOLVER? Which is better?
Some solvers have a preference for one solver over the other. ACROSS LITE supports iPad, Mac, and Windows and has more solving aids than CROSSWORD SOLVER. CROSSWORD SOLVER does not support iPad. If you are new to solving crosswords digitally, we recommend you use ACROSS LITE.

Does CROSSWORD SOLVER allow you to “reveal letter,” “reveal word,” or “reveal solution”?
No. However, these features are available on ACROSS LITE. If you are new to solving crosswords digitally, we recommend you use ACROSS LITE.

I see there is a QR code for Android at the bottom of the SendSpace screen. Does this mean I can solve on my Android device?
No, at this time you can solve interactively on your Mac, PC, or iPad.

I already have ADOBE® ACROBAT READER on my device. Do I need to download it again?
No, although you should make sure you have the most up-to-date version.
