The solution given has:
13 Across 9252 20 Across 6864 6 Down 3432 9 Down 579 12 Down 1234
There is a second solution that is the same except for the following:
13 Across 3052 20 Across 6860 6 Down 3430 9 Down 573 12 Down 1230

Your second solution is not valid for 20 across. 6860 is not correct (Clue "Each digit is a multiple of 2"). "0" is not a multiple of "2". I guess that's why they didn't say "Each digit is even".

Not sure if Dell has a convention in this regard, but, in mathematics, 0 is a multiple of any number (being zero times that number).

gauthier, I think you're on to something. I looked back at most of the other Figure Logics in the same issue, and no such clue referencing multiples included 0 among the digits in the answer. Dell needs to make this exclusion explicit. Dell's own description of a multiple in the note for Figure Logic 1 permits 0, for example.
Dell's stumbled regarding zeroes before: until relatively recently, the instructions for "What's the Order?" did not explicitly limit the digits used to 1 to 9, apparently forgetting that 0 could be a digit.
