I called your customer service department last week and I followed that call up with an email last Wednesday, Nov. 18. As of yet, the email has not been acknowledged.
I ordered a subscription to Goodtime Crosswords on Sept. 28, 2009 ( the order was placed online.) I've yet to receive the first issue and today makes a full eight weeks. The customer service rep I spoke to told me I should wait until the first week of December. Couldn't you just go ahead and mail out a replacement copy to me? I certainly would appreciate it.
