I just placed an order for my value pack. When can I expect delivery?
Typically, you should allow 7 to 12 business days for delivery via the U.S. Postal Service. If you do not receive your merchandise within the standard delivery period, please email us with your name, complete mailing address, and the item(s) you purchased, and we will follow up on your order.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes. There is no additional charge for digital download products. There is an additional mailing charge for print products with a delivery destination outside the U.S. If you choose to order online, the freight cost will be calculated at checkout. If you prefer to mail in your order, please contact Customer Service to request a shipping cost estimate. Provide your full name, complete mailing address, and the item(s) you wish to order. Allow 10 to 12 weeks for delivery.
Are prices in U.S. dollars or in my country's currency?
All prices shown are in U.S. dollars. Your credit card charge will reflect the cost based on current exchange rates for your location.
I could use more help solving some of your puzzles. Do you have any tips?

Some of the magazines in my recent value-pack shipment were duplicates of ones I got last month. How can this happen?
If you purchase the same value pack within a six-month period, you may see some magazines duplicated from earlier orders. Logic Puzzle solvers, please note that to avoid duplicates you should allow twelve months between your value-pack orders.
I received my jumbo Value Pack yesterday and it contained puzzle magazines from both Dell Magazines and Penny Press. Can I get these with every order?
While most larger value packs (24 magazines and over) contain both Penny Press and Dell Magazines issues, and many of the smaller packs may be composed of either Penny Press or Dell Magazines issues, you should be sure to read the product descriptions carefully to ensure you’re getting the mix you prefer.
How can I tell when my print subscription expires?
The expiration date for your subscription appears on the shipping label, just above your name. You will be notified by mail several months prior to the expiration date, and each of the last few issues may include a renewal offer.
How often do you publish new volumes of Penny Press Selected Puzzles and Dell Collector’s Series books?
Many new Penny Press Selected Puzzles and Dell Collector’s Series volumes are published three times a year, in January, May, and September. Visit Penny Press Selected Puzzles and Dell Collector’s Series to see the volumes currently available.
Do the different volume numbers appearing on Penny Press Selected Puzzles and Dell Collector’s Series books signify the level of difficulty?
No, each volume, identified by its number, contains different puzzles of the same type and challenge level.
My magazine did not arrive this month. How do I get a copy?
Simply email customerservice@pennypublications.com your full name, mailing address, and the title and issue month of the magazine you are missing. A replacement issue will be shipped to you.
How can I find out about the status of my order?
Your PennyDellPuzzles.com purchase is confirmed via the email address you provide when placing an order. Value packs and printed books are typically shipped the next business day, and the first issue of a print subscription will arrive in 6 to 8 weeks. For fastest service, please include your full name and complete mailing address, as well as the product you’re inquiring about. Please contact customerservice@pennypublications.com with any other questions.
What type of payment do you accept online?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.
Do you offer quantity discounts? Do you have a corporate-sales program?

Can I use one of your puzzles in my non-profit publication?
Yes, we typically grant this use at no charge. We ask that you respect our copyright by filling out our Education Use Agreement, which is designed for use by schools, religious organizations, and other non-profit groups.
I would like to place an order and have it shipped to a correctional facility. Is this possible?
Yes! Prior to ordering, check the facility’s guidelines regarding restrictions, including the number of books or magazines that can be received at one time. In the shopping cart, select Ship to a different address. On the shipping address page, provide the first and last names of the recipient. Next, select Institutional Shipment, and provide both the Institution’s name and the identification/docket number.
The magazine to which I subscribed isn’t what I wanted. What is your return policy?
If you’re not delighted with the magazines you receive, you may either transfer the remainder of your subscription to another title or cancel your subscription and get a full refund on all unmailed issues. Contact Customer Service at customerservice@pennypublications.com. For fastest service, include the title of the magazine, as well as your full name, mailing address, and customer number (located on your mailing label).
The value pack or book I thought I ordered isn’t what was delivered. What is your return policy?
If you have a concern with any products you receive, simply contact Customer Service at customerservice@pennypublications.com to exchange the product or receive a full refund.
What is a Digital Puzzle Club Membership and how do I get one?
A Digital Puzzle Club Membership provides members with automatic access to a current, editor-selected downloadable magazine every other month to print and solve at home. You receive your first issue when you sign up, and subsequent issues are delivered on the bimonthly schedule provided with each Digital Puzzle Club description. You’re billed at the time of each delivery and can cancel at any time.
Do I need to have an account on PennyDellPuzzles.com to be a Digital Puzzle Club member?
Yes, having an account on PennyDellPuzzles.com enables you to be a Digital Puzzle Club member. When logged into your account, you can see your Order History, view your Puzzle Club memberships and make changes, update your Billing and Shipping Addresses, update your credit card information, change your password, and access your downloadable products. Your credit card information is held confidentially at your financial institution.
With a Digital Puzzle Club membership, can I print only the pages I want?
Yes, you can select the pages you want to print. Save the rest on your device so they’re ready when you are!
How long are my Digital Puzzle Club Membership issues available in My Account?
Any digital copies are available in My Account for 90 days. Be sure to save your digital issues to your device for continued access.
I have a Digital Puzzle Club Membership. When does my credit card get billed for each issue delivery?
Your credit card is securely charged shortly before each Digital Puzzle Club delivery.
